LRC is provided land planning, civil engineering and landscape architectural services for the redevelopment of a highly visible 9 acre industrial property located on Route 9, a busy and active travel corridor. Although several buildings and virtually all of the existing site improvements were demolished, the entire site has been redesigned around the renovation of 2 existing buildings into office, flex-office and multi -use space totaling over 85,000 s.f. The plan also includes the addition of new buildings for restaurant and retail spaces oriented toward Route 9.
Extensive effort was required to develop access points into the site and circulation patterns that would serve the uses effectively. The plan has also been conceptualized in a manner that allowed it to be implemented in a phased yet flexible manner.
The project is approved with three existing tenants including Dunkin Donuts, Bounce! and Crunch Fitness.
