The Summit at Bethel is a luxury townhome community that sits high on a rocky hillside, affording many units with commanding views in to the surrounding country side. LRC assisted Toll Brothers, Inc. with a series of landscape improvement projects, beginning with the entry to the development – an arrival through a dramatic rock cut several hundred feet below the residential area. In addition to design of landscape plans for planting of the entrance area, we developed plans and details for fencing, stone walls and piers, specialty pavement patterns and signage.
