Landscape Architecture

Landscape Architecture seamlessly integrates with—and often leads—LRC’s core land planning and engineering services, while also adding significant value to related areas such as land surveying and environmental services.

At its core, landscape architecture is a collaborative discipline. As stewards of the land, we embrace a wide range of challenges that go well beyond aesthetics. While “landscape” is often seen as an amenity within a development, our role is far more integral. We help shape the very character, identity, and experience of a place — organizing site elements, guiding the flow of movement, and designing improvements that bring a shared vision to life.

We don’t just support the process—we lead it where needed. While our team can provide full project management and coordination services, we are most often deeply involved in shaping outcomes across these key areas:

  • Site Inventory and Analysis
  • Site Feasibility and Development Concept Testing
  • Master Plan Development
  • Site Design and Construction Documentation
  • Design of Site Improvements (lighting, signage, furnishings, and more)

Our experience spans institutional, healthcare, education, and recreation environments—and we bring that collective knowledge to every project we touch. We’re proud to help our clients create places that are functional, resilient, and uniquely their own.
