“Crosswinds at Hudson” Housing Community Hudson, NY

LRC was retained with a team of professionals to design a multi-family attached condominium community targeted for middle-class to lower- income families who desired to live and work within the limits of the City of Hudson, New York. This project, once properly designed and approved, would receive state-operational funding for the community.

This project required a very extensive design process including analysis and modeling of the City’s current wastewater collection system, water supply, and stormwater collection system to ensure that the new development could be supported within the current utility infrastructure.

Ultimately, the project was approved, built and opened in 2008, with the Governor of New York performing the ribbon cutting.
