Fox Run Off Campus Residences Poughkeepsie, New York

In 2011 LRC began preparing civil design plans for a residential development located on Fulton Street in the Town of Poughkeepsie. The LRC Group provided concept planning, permitting, engineering design and land surveying for this major market rate housing complex in pursuit of approvals for this significant project.

Since the projects approval we have worked with the construction team providing construction administration and site survey for the development now known as Fox Run at Fulton.

LRC has been performing site inspections relevant to stormwater and landscaping over the past year while coordinating with the Town of Poughkeepsie, the site contractor and the client.

On August 1st, 2016 the highly anticipated project opened its doors to occupants in the first of its two residential buildings at the site.
