The Millbrook School – Girls Dorm Millbrook, NY

As part of an approved Master Plan, the LRC Group was retained by the Millbrook School to move forward with the design and construction of a new girls dorm.

The 9,030 square foot girls dorm replaced the 2,880 square foot Tuttle House and houses 44 students along with 4 faculty living spaces. The project also included modifications, additions, and replacements to existing parking areas, sidewalks, and landscaping. The dorm relocated the existing parking spaces at Tuttle House to the new dorm site and added four new parking spaces along West Road. In addition, the project area was landscaped and now has connections to the Mills Athletic Facility parking lot.

LRC worked with the school to create a project that is consistent with the approved master plan and worked with the Dutchess County Department of Health, NYSDEC and the Town of Stanford through the permitting process.
