Liberty Business Park Bloomfield, CT

This development consisted of two – ten (10) acre parcels that were subdivided from an eighty (80) acre parcel. Formerly farmland, the parcel was rezoned industrial.

LRC was contracted to do the survey and subdivision plan as well as engineer and permit the two – one-hundred thousand (100,000) square foot buildings. The site challenges included: lack of topography, meaning the site was too flat; flood storage problems; and on-site soil management.

Presently, the developer has built and tenanted one of the two buildings. Construction on Phase 2 is currently underway.
