Straddling the municipal lines of Bloomfield and Windsor, this project proposed a phased industrial development. LRC designed a complete civil plan set that included a building meeting the current demands of the end user (Phase 1 ) and a full build-out phase (Phase 2) . LRC was instrumental in saving the developer both time and money by investigating and designing an on-site septic system; thus, eliminating the lengthy review process and the connection fees for the Metropolitan District Commission. The project has received all of it’s local approvals and construction is complete with the business up and running.
